Terms and Conditions:
1. Must sign contract for purchase of condominium unit in Encore Condominium with developer, Encore Development Group, LLC prior to groundbreaking; and 2. Must close on the purchase of the condominium unit with developer, Encore Development Group, LLC; and 3. This offer is limited to the first ten purchasers who meet all of the above terms and conditions; and 4. Purchaser will be responsible to pay all tax, tag and title fees for car; and 5. In the event that developer, Encore Development Group, LLC does not construct the Encore Condominium, this agreement is null and void and Encore Development Group, LLC will have no obligation to purchase a car for any purchaser.

* Lifestyle Packages will be available to buyers who sign a contract for a unit at Encore prior to groundbreaking. The selected package will be available upon closing.
